Not necessarily a guide, but Zam does have a list of food effects from .dat mining. I actually found a link while looking for gold smithing guides on the official forums.

Admittedly, I never would have thought that food would have an impact on crafting. I am more use to it having an impact on enhancing melee attacks, magic abilities, regenerative abilities, etc. Egg dishes seem to increase craftsmanship while seafood dishes boost control. Nothing appears to be game breaking, at least for the few dishes listed here, but if you need a little boost it may be worth trying out.
